Last week, I was travelling from Bruxelles to Auckland with Lufthansa with a trip bought through your website. Apparently Lufthansa has done a mistake in the connections and because of that I’ve been stuck in San Francisco. When I arrived there, the checkin was already closed and the plane for Auckland ready to go. I was so worried that I had to pay an other ticket by myself and worried to be stuck for few days there as well. But Houda helped me a lot and she really tried her best to find the right solution. The day after, I was flying to Auckland. Thanks Renju — Renju, Perth, Australia Hello there, Firstly I want to thank you for the amazing job you have done to re-book my flight from Germany, your service was much appreciated, especially since I was unable to get through to Lufthansa myself while in Germany!! The question I want to ask is, was there any way of claiming a partial refund back from Lufthansa since they didn’t have the original booking class (premium economy) on that flight?
